I use my Holistic education and training in myapproach to helping people heal and become whole again. I fit my counseling approach to each individual using a combination of evidence- based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Today’s world is more challenging than ever to navigate as a result of many factors. How we manage these challenges depends on how we view them, and how we view our ability to cope with them.
Since birth, our thinking patterns began to develop based on our interactions with our environment; these core beliefs guide our thoughts and behaviors and are often distorted and negative. Becoming aware of our thinking patterns allows us to begin to challenge and replace them with more helpful, adaptive ones.
It allows us to change how we view our world, how we behave, and how we feel; this can bring a sense of balance to our lives. This takes practice and can be an exciting and fulfilling journey, are you ready to begin creating a new narrative for your life?
