Chinwe Linda Osuagwu

Chinwe "Linda" is a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Social Services from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master's in nursing (MSN), specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), from Walden University. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, she was raised by parents who immigrated to the United States in the 1970s. Linda has a deep-rooted passion for mental health, nurtured by her experiences witnessing the impact of mental health challenges on her friends and loved ones over the years.

During her early adulthood, she encountered the prevailing negative stereotypes associated with seeking help for mental health issues and was motivated to challenge and change these stigmas through her clinical practice. With over 16 years of professional experience in mental health and nursing, Linda has worked with individuals of all ages. Her dedication to assisting people in overcoming their mental health challenges is a driving force in her career.

Linda firmly believes in tailoring mental health treatment to each individual and making it patient-centered. Her core values encompass compassion, empathy, and honesty. She strongly advocates treating everyone with dignity, irrespective of age, gender, race, religion, personal beliefs, or mental health status.
