As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have been working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages for over 18 years. I provides individual, couples, and family therapy using an eclectic approach, incorporating a variety of interventions, customizing each session to meet the needs of each individual client, couple, or family, in an effort to help every client achieve their personal goals. With extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a background in special education, I specialize in working with children and adults with Autism, special needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), those who have experienced trauma, school-related issues, and parent/child relational issues.
