Genny Delgado
Hi, I’m Genny. I’m an LMHC-A dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered support for individuals seeking meaningful change. I offer a space where you can show up as your full self without feeling labeled or reduced to a diagnosis.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and focus on creating an environment where your unique way of experiencing and processing the world is understood and respected, not something that needs to be fixed.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about reconnecting with who you have always been. Through a blend of mindfulness, evidence-based approaches, and deeper reflective work, I support clients in managing stress, working through life transitions, and building a stronger sense of self.
Together, we focus on quieting external noise, strengthening internal awareness, and helping you feel more grounded and in control in your day to day life.
