I am a Mental Health therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma treatments using many different interventions such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches. My services include working with individuals, young adults, and adolescents. I aim to develop positive perspectives on challenges people face and do my best to engage with clients authentically to improve wellness care. With my experience as a therapist, I continue to be dedicated to assisting individuals on their personal, unique healing and wellness journey to becoming their best authentic selves.
