I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, providing individual therapy to adults and young adults navigating a range of life challenges. My approach is rooted in strength-based and trauma-informed care, incorporating evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence, individuals impacted by PTSD, substance use, and those experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. My practice is currently offered via telehealth, allowing clients to access support in a flexible and convenient way.
