Our goal is to make a difference in the individual life by providing
the highest quality of mental health services.
To accomplish this, our team developed a culture of C A R E
Compassion exemplifies everything we do at Brightside Behavioral Health. Compassion is our instinct to appreciate the unique situations of our clients and help them gain a more positive perspective.
Awareness about mental health issues, with clients and the community, we strive to promote understanding, acceptance, and motivation to support one’s self and others.
Recognizing the importance of building trust and feelings of security, within our office environment and throughout the community, are the key components to creating successful relationships that encourage progress.
Education of our staff on the forefront of best practices and new therapeutic approaches that benefit our clients and motivate them to foster a healthy and happy work environment.
We believe that we all make a difference in our community by being aware of the opportunities to offer help. In 2019 it came to our attention that there have been a number of tragic losses among our first responders. This has had a significant impact on our community, families, and friends of our fallen.
Recognizing the delayed effects of traumatic stress, we have started work with the Rhode Island Chapter of The International Association of Firefighters, offering education, awareness, and co-facilitation of support groups.
In response to this need, we established the PTSD/EMDR Center. The Company is offering employees training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Our hope is to connect with all of our first responder communities.
If you have a strong desire to help. If you share our passion, we would love to hear from you!
