You may be wondering, “How often do I need to come in?” Or “How do I know therapy is the right decision for me?” The best way to answer your questions is to schedule your initial 45 minute session. Our clinicians will sit down with you one on one, to not only address your concerns but to lay out the treatment plan that will work best for you. Everything discussed with your clinician is confidential, and we strive to create an environment that is not only safe but comforting.
