In 2019 it came to our attention that there have been a number of tragic losses among our first responders. This has had a significant impact on our community, families, and friends of our fallen.
Recognizing the delayed effects of traumatic stress, we have started work with the Rhode Island State Association of Firefighters, offering education, awareness, and co-facilitation of support groups.
Our hope is to connect with all of our first responder communities.
