Hallie has been working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages for over 14 years. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy using an eclectic approach, incorporating a variety of interventions, customizing each session to meet the needs of each individual client, couple, or family, in an effort to help every client achieve their personal goals. With extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a background in special education, Hallie specialize in working with children and adults with Autism, special needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), those who have experienced trauma, school-related issues, and parent/child relational issues.
Hello! I’m Brian
Brian is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 7+years experience in Community Mental Health. He works with individuals and couples and specializes in treating depression and anxiety. He also assists clients address a number of other challenges including: anger management, processing trauma, improving self esteem, managing stress, living with psychosis, interpersonal difficulties, grief and phobias.
With his person-centered approach and calm presence, Brian provides a space that is comfortable and safe, which allows the therapeutic process to move forward on the path of healing and growth.
Brian works alongside his clients every step of the way to identify their strengths and barriers while developing new strategies as they work towards achieving their goals.

Johanna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals, couples and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions.
Johanna has experience facilitating group treatment, one-on-one counseling, intensive in-home behavior therapy, victim advocacy and providing crisis intervention in psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers, crisis stabilization units, residential homes and partial hospitalization programs.
Johanna specializes in nutritional psychology and treats a variety of individuals including, but not limited to, those struggling with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anger, Depression and other Mood disorders.

Amy Creegan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with individuals and families for 14 years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Science with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Rhode Island.
She specializes in working with children, parenting, and adults. Amy has had extensive experience and has had consistent success in working with children and adults with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and (ODD). Amy utilizes many different interventions such as visuals, art therapy, first/then, sensory strategies, psycho-education, and many other Behavior Modification techniques. Shaping Behavior techniques along with strengths-based interventions have helped to improve adjustment in the home, school, and community.
Amy works with children, adults, and couples. Amy can help individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues using solution-focused techniques and a friendly, warm, and inviting approach, helping her clients attain a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.

Janelle specializes in working with LGBTQ issues, children and adults with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and other chronic illnesses, Autism, special needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), those who have experienced trauma, and parent/child relational issues.

Jessica has been a clinical social worker for twenty years and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island and her Masters of Social Work Degree from Boston University.
Jessica has extensive experience working with adults across the lifespan, as well as couples and adolescents. She specializes in the working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse and trauma. She provides individual and couples counseling, utilizing a client-centered, strength’s base approach to treatment. Jessica customizes interventions to meet the needs of the client or family, in an effort to help every client obtain their personal goals. Jessica provides these counseling services in a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment and is committed to helping each client be the best version of themselves.

Sofia Irons is an independently licensed social worker (LICSW) in the state of Rhode Island, who graduated with a Master degree in social work from Rhode Island College. After 15+ years of experience in non-profit, she made the decision to bring her extensive experience to private practice. She provides unique ways to deal with everyday stress, while offering long-term solutions for the advancement of the mind, body, and soul.
Sofia is bilingual and particularly skilled in understanding cultural diversity. She has extensive experience working with immigrants with issues from their home country or adjusting to life in the U.S. Adapting to a new normal takes time and, in some instances, takes help. Counseling is one way to receive that help.
Sofia Irons has experience helping people with PTSD recover and regain control of their lives. She is formally trained in EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Hannah believes in using an eclectic approach to counsel individuals, incorporating a variety of interventions to meet the needs of each client. She utilizes interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, trauma-informed, and psychoeducation. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. Having worked closely with clients in the past going through mental health and substance abuse crises, she has gained knowledge about various mental health and substance abuse concerns. Hannah provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment and is committed to helping each client achieve their goals in counseling.

Maggie received her specialization in trauma and violence from Boston University and has a strengths-based approach focused on aiding individuals and families in coping with stressors/barriers to their overall well-being. Maggie has worked in the field for over 3 years and uses a variety of interventions including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Addiction Recovery, and psycho-education. Maggie has experience with individuals of all ages and specializes in working with substance abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and those who suffer from trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dual Diagnosis, Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities, and those who struggle with mood disorders.
Maggie has experience with individual counseling (one-on-one), facilitating group therapy for adolescents and adults, victim advocacy and crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations, partial hospitalization program, residential homes, in-home therapy, and intensive outpatient therapy services for individuals in recovery from alcohol and drugs.
Maggie creates a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and safety by providing a supportive environment that is free of biases and allows the client to feel comfortable expressing themselves and their needs. Maggie believes that all people are capable of being successful and is committed to ensuring guidance in growth through their path of life by individualizing client care. In 2019 it came to our attention that there have been a number of tragic losses among our first responders. This has had a significant impact on our community, families, and friends of our fallen.
Recognizing the delayed effects of traumatic stress, we have started work with the Rhode Island State Association of Firefighters, offering education, awareness, and co-facilitation of support groups.
Our hope is to connect with all of our first responder communities.
